With a background in radio and television, Justine has an extensive understanding of the demands and needs of media. She is the master of story-telling and creating waves across TV, radio and print. Her early years spent on ‘the other side of the fence’ are evident daily in her successes and the visibility she creates for clients.
Someone who can only be described as a dynamo, Justine is well-respected by those who know her. Never satisfied with average, Justine’s focus and dedication to facilitate positive change is an inspiration to many and will continue to be a driving force behind JM Media.

Having dreamed of being a writer from a young age, PR was a natural choice. With experience within global and boutique PR agencies, Hannah has had the pleasure of representing major international and Australian brands, including Samsung Electronics, Vodafone, Weight Watchers and Fantastic Furniture.
The experience garnered from working alongside these world-class clients to deliver their stories in unique and innovative ways has further cemented her passion for all things PR and strengthened her ability to tell a good story, integral for the fast-paced environment of the media.
Since completing her Honours degree in media, majoring in screen production, communication and PR, Caitlin has spent the last 5 years immersed in the world of creative story telling. From working in London for one of the U.K͛s biggest broadcasting TV channels to boutique PR agencies, Caitlin has a wealth of experience representing a diverse range of brands and recognised profiles in both the B2B and B2C arenas, from government, medical and environmental to hospitality, entertainment, travel, publishing, fitness , and health. Previous clients Caitlin has enjoyed working on include, Beverly Hills Conference & Visitors Bureau, Flickerfest, Ray-Ban, Algae-tech, O Bar and Ding, Food Society and New Holland Publishers.

After completing her bachelor degree in Public Relations, majoring in event management at the end of 2015, Monique worked for the Canberra Racing Club in their marketing and events team.
This is her first role in PR after moving to Sydney and joining the McKell Media team in September 2016.
Erica provides strategic media relations to help clients expand their public reach, grow their brand, and gain visibility and recognition worldwide.
Promoting strategic media relations and creative direction, her commitment to further client reach has been delivered through public relations, advertising, digital management, and social media marketing. She blends PR promotion and campaign visibility through content creation including, ghostwritten materials on behalf of executive management, press releases, media alerts, marketing collateral, print and online content, website development, social media content tactics, and developing enduring relationships with the media.
